Customizing your Welcome/Dock mat can all be done on the Mats & Flags website using our mat customization tool.  Simply browse to the Mats page and then:

• Select from one our standard Welcome/Dock mat sizes.
• Select from one of our 50 exciting colors.
• Click the ‘Choose File’ button to upload your custom design or logo.

We'll then send a design proof for you to sign off before producing your mat.

Alternatively, if you require a custom size or custom color mat or just want us to do the hard work, simply fill in the form here and we’ll get back to you with a design proof and quote ASAP!

Monotone and Barrier mats can be ordered in a range of exciting and vibrant colors as well as an extensive set of standard sizes. You can select both Monotone or Iron-Horse from our Mats page.

Alternatively, both these mats can be ordered in custom sizes by completing either a Monotone or Barrier form.   We’ll get back to you with a quote ASAP once we’ve received your requirements!

We’re working hard to get our Flag products onto Mats and Flags, but in the meantime, please complete the simple form here and we’ll get back to you with a quote ASAP!

We aim to ship all standard mats/flags within 1 week of order and customized mats/flags within 2 weeks of signing off the design proof. We offer standard shipping to Europe and UK at a cost of €25.00 (EUR).

Note on tolerances

Please note our color and size tolerances of +/- 5%. The printed colors will differ from the screen colors due to production and material (textile surface material)! Due to the textile surface material (pile) the color boundaries between the colors will be less sharp than on the sites visualizations.

Legal notice

Please keep in mind that copyrights and trademark protection in our country are very strict. Therefore, only pictures, words or graphics may be uploaded where you also own the picture rights or where no trademark rights exist. The use of foreign brand names and company logos is a violation of the trademark law, as well as the trademark owner. Should claims be made against our company Mats & Flags due to violations of copyright, trademark rights or personal rights, we feel compelled to pass these claims on to you as our customer and to indemnify ourselves.

We grant our customers a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years for mats and 1 year for flags from the date of purchase throughout Europe. In order to claim warranty services, customers must keep the original receipt or invoice and present it to us when claiming warranty.

If manufacturing or material defects occur during the warranty period that affect the function, we will replace the defective goods with non-defective goods free of charge. Any shipping and transport costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. In case of defective goods, please contact our customer service at info@matsandflags.com. In order to ensure the fastest possible service, we would like to ask you to also send us a detailed description of the cause of the damage and photo documentation. Please always provide us with the manufacturing code (bar code on the back of the mat) or take a photo of it.

This warranty does not apply to wear and tear due to ordinary use, damage caused by improper use, such as cutting, puncturing, and other violent, physical or chemical effects for which we are not responsible, nor does it apply to incidental or consequential damages.

The statutory warranty claims for supplementary performance, rescission or reduction and compensation for damages in the event of defects, as well as the statutory product liability claims, exist in full in addition to our warranty and are not limited by the warranty.

At Mats & Flags we understand many of our customers have VAT exemption status for whom we can offer our products free of VAT.

To take advantage of tax exemption status you must first register with Mats & Flags using the registration page here.

Once registered you can either:

• Fill in the tax exemption form on your account page here by providing us your Tax Exemption Number, Tax Exemption Reason and uploading your Tax Exemption Certificate. We will then validate and update your Mats & Flags exemption status accordingly.
• For EU VAT exemption provide your EU VAT Number on your cart page before checking out.
  

All site prices will include VAT until checkout at which point VAT will be removed from your order.
